What challenges does today’s transportation company face in its day-to-day operations?
How does the company ensure sufficient expertise to run and develop the business?
What are the areas of expertise that affect the success of a transportation company?
How can we help transport companies improve their operations and anticipate changes in economic development?
What support structures do employers need to ensure that their day-to-day work is also successful in the long run?
The Transport Operators Competence (TOC) seminar will be held as an online event on May 19, 2021.
Together with stakeholders and participants, we will discuss the challenges and success factors of transport companies.
The seminar will also present the plans and solutions of the TOC project to support the success of transport companies.
Seminar participants will also have the opportunity to exchange experiences and opinions in the workshop.
The seminar will also be an interesting one in terms of the results of the seminar: The seminar will be organized in almost the same way in 5 other European countries, where the workshops will address the same issues.
Responses will be collected on an electronic platform and all country-specific responses will be provided to participants in retrospect.
In this way, the European debate and the exchange of experiences will enrich both the project consortium and the participants in the seminars.
